In 2020 Girteka Group launched the ENABLE program to implement SAP S/4 HANA as its core ERP Financial platform, initiating a multiyear modernization to replace Microsoft Dynamics AX 2009. The program assembled a team of more than 200 specialists to centralize finance, procurement, accounting, intercompany and supply chain processes on SAP S/4 HANA, positioning the application as the single transactional backbone for back office and operational finance functions.
The implementation scope included multiple SAP products alongside S/4 HANA, with SAP Transportation Management used for customer quoting through order settlement since Q3 2022, SAP SuccessFactors deployed from Q1 2023 for recruitment, onboarding, time management and employee self service including the DriversGO initiative for driver lifecycle management, and SAP Analytics Cloud together with SAP Datasphere and Business Technology Platform for reporting, data warehousing and analytics. Functional workstreams emphasized configuration of SAP predefined processes, localization for each country entity, and staged rollout of truck lifecycle and maintenance capabilities in subsequent phases.
Integration work explicitly covered connections to Girteka internal systems to reduce duplicate data entry and planned integration with Nexogen AI Planner and AI Operator for fleet optimization.
