Integration work connected SAP S/4 HANA to SD, MM, and PP modules to enable end-to-end order to cash, procure to pay, and production costing transactional flows between finance and operations. The functional and technical scope was explicitly targeted at the ARBU division to establish repeatable standards for subsequent rollout phases.
Project governance used an Agile methodology with a lead FICO consultant model and finance process ownership to align accounting, treasury, and controlling functions to the SAP S/4 HANA application. The engagement achieved a successful go-live for the ARBU division, delivering a live SAP S/4 HANA 1809 ERP Financial implementation.
