Explicit outcomes recorded during the program include a documented reduction in background verification cycle time in 2016, delivery of a planned employee engagement calendar in 2017 and a streamlined employee lifecycle process while maintaining Workday HCM as the system of record to ensure data integrity and consistent HR operations.

The program included formal evaluation of effectiveness, efficiency and cost and regular performance reviews with status updates to the Quality Lead and Quality Council, and support for Incident Committee meetings until CAPA closure. Staff were trained as Quality Work Flow Super Users, and training on Carisma3 TrackWise was used to align quality system procedures with CRM driven complaint handling and QMS obligations.
