A key architectural element was a single entry data flow achieved by integrating the Oracle HRIS with ADP Workforce Now Payroll to reduce duplicate data entry and streamline employee record updates. Integrations explicitly included PlanSource for benefits administration and Fidelity for retirement and HSA administration, and the payroll integration supported 401k governance activities such as Form 5500 audit preparation.
Operational governance and rollout were driven by HR process documentation, employee self service articles, and a shared service ticket portal to support regional HRBPs and executive onboarding. The HR team also led integration of two acquisitions into the corporate HRIS, payroll, and benefits structures, and implemented a Cost of Living Allowance program across a workforce spread over 30 states.
