In 2017, Globe Life Insurance implemented Quadient Inspire Platform for Customer Experience to consolidate document composition and outbound communications workflows. The Quadient Inspire Platform was configured to support customer communications management use cases, including template-driven policy documents, billing statements, and customer correspondence, across the companys United States operations. Implementation scope focused on enterprise composition and multichannel output processing consistent with Customer Experience requirements.
Configuration work centered on composition templates, output management, and orchestration components native to the Quadient Inspire Platform. Development and template scripting used SQL Studio and Visual Studio 2010 VB .Net to author data-driven templates and business logic. The project notes reference HP Exstream Dialogue V8 or Quadient/GMC Inspire CCM as composition engine options, indicating alignment with established CCM composition and rendering patterns.
Integrations were implemented via SQL-based data access for policy and account data extracts, and development artifacts were managed within Visual Studio 2010 VB .Net environments to enable staged testing and deployment. Operational coverage included customer service, policy administration, and billing functions that generate high volumes of outbound documents, with the Quadient Inspire Platform acting as the central customer communications hub.
Governance emphasized template lifecycle control, versioning, and staged testing workflows to maintain compliance and consistency in customer-facing communications. Change management relied on structured development artifacts and SQL-driven data mappings to separate template logic from source data, enabling repeatable deployments within the insurer's CCM practice.

In 2018 Globe Life Insurance provisioned ServiceNow ITSM as its core IT Service Management platform to support IT operations and cross-team integration workflows. ServiceNow ITSM was instrumented alongside Cloud Integration Hub environments provisioned in Dev, QA, Stage and Prod to enable direct integration flows between Cherwell and ServiceNow within the IT Service Management footprint.
Implementation work focused on standard ITSM functional capabilities, including incident management, change management, service catalog orchestration and configuration management database workflows, implemented to align ticket lifecycle and service request routing with existing operational teams. Workflows and orchestration were configured to support automated ticket escalation, change approvals and service fulfillment consistent with IT Service Management best practices.
Deployment architecture included dedicated Cloud Integration Hub environments that connected Cherwell and ServiceNow, with the Data Services team operating as a central integration owner. Operational support was coordinated across Network, Wintel and Database teams, and the implementation was delivered in parallel with extensive Informatica platform operations that enabled data movement and cloud source connectivity for related automation use cases.
Governance and runbook practices emphasized a single point of contact for production issues and code reviews, 24/7 on call production support, and scripted monitoring and maintenance for platform health. ServiceNow ITSM was positioned to centralize IT operations governance and to integrate with the organization’s existing integration hub infrastructure for cross-tool incident and change synchronization.
