In 2018, GNT Group Netherlands deployed Wolters Kluwer Legisway to establish its first structured legal department and centralize legal records across its corporate group. The engagement positioned Wolters Kluwer Legisway as the enterprise Legal Practice Management application to support contracts, compliance, data privacy records and corporate housekeeping.
The deployment focused on the legal / contract management and entity management modules, with configuration to centralize contract lifecycles, maintain an entity register and capture compliance and data-privacy artifacts. Legisway was used to structure document repositories, standardize metadata for findability and enable vendor-provided reporting capabilities associated with those modules.
Operational coverage was confined to the Netherlands and spanned the company legal function and corporate secretarial duties across GNT Group entities, consolidating custody of contracts and corporate housekeeping records. The implementation introduced legal workflows and standardized record ownership to improve consistency of contract management and entity administration across subsidiaries.
Reported outcomes from the deployment include the establishment of a formal legal department and demonstrable improvements in document findability and reporting using Wolters Kluwer Legisway. The implementation reflects a focused use of Legal Practice Management capabilities to centralize contract and entity governance within GNT Group Netherlands.
