The deployment also incorporated mobile app-enabled onboarding to streamline candidate completion of screening steps. Governance and process changes centered on formalizing fair chance hiring commitments with internal adjudication rules and an external partnership with the West Oakland Job Resource Center to meet a 25 percent local hire objective. The Checkr implementation supported compliance and candidate experience improvements, and Good Eggs reports that the Checkr products have greatly reduced the risk of hiring individuals who could be a liability to the company while enabling faster, higher-volume onboarding.

Near-zero maintenance and elastic scalability freed platform engineers from day-to-day troubleshooting and resolved prior query performance bottlenecks by enabling independent query execution and compute tuning. Snowflake Data Warehouse provided Good Eggs with simplified infrastructure management and faster time to insight for analytics and operational reporting.
