The implementation extended existing SuccessFactors modules including Recruitment, Recruitment Management, Onboarding and Employee Central, with Employee Central integrated to on premise SAP HCM. The IT HCM Project Manager led detailed functional and integration designs and managed delivery of discrete projects, while also standing up an internal support team to operate the solution after go live.
GrainCorp configured SAP SuccessFactors Recruiting Marketing alongside SuccessFactors Performance and Goal Management, Learning Management and Compensation Management, and subsequently expanded to Succession and Development modules. Typical Candidate Relationship Management workflows were implemented to support talent pools, candidate nurture campaigns and recruitment lifecycle orchestration, while module configuration emphasized HR process alignment across recruiting, onboarding, performance and learning.
Architecturally the rollout included cloud to on premise integration with SAP HCM, with integration design and operational handover managed by the internal team. The deployment was rolled out first to Australia and New Zealand and then extended to the balance of GrainCorp operations across seven other countries, reflecting a multinational operational scope.
Governance was formalized through a Functional Working Group responsible for ongoing solution governance and continuous improvement, and the internal support team provided operational ownership post go live. The program combined configuration, integration design and multinational rollout sequencing to centralize recruiting and candidate management on SAP SuccessFactors Recruiting Marketing within GrainCorp's HR technology landscape.
