Canon Solutions America partnered on the deployment and combined uniFLOW with Laserfiche to centralize capture from multifunction printers and scanners and to feed captured content into automated workflows. The operational scope covered district student services and HR functions, with captured documents routed into Laserfiche repositories and workflow queues for approvals and onboarding tasks.
Governance was structured around a single repository model with retention and access policies enforced in Laserfiche Document Management, and workflow ownership aligned to HR and student services process owners. The implementation explicitly targeted improvements to document capture, spending processes and teacher onboarding, and it delivered an estimated savings of over 12,000 hours annually.
