Configuration work covered core financial workflows including general ledger close and reporting, accounts payable automation with imaging, accounts receivable and collections, cash management, fixed asset management, and employee expense processing. Distribution functionality was implemented to support purchasing, self-service procurement, and inventory control tied to financial costing and reconciliation processes.
Oracle Cloud ERP was provisioned as a cloud-based multi-entity instance for US operations, configured to support multiple legal entities and intercompany accounting across the four holding companies. Operational scope covered finance, procurement, distribution, accounts payable imaging, expense management, and fixed assets for US business units and shared services.
Program governance comprised design, configuration, testing, data conversion, and cutover planning to standardize chart of accounts, role-based security, and end-to-end procure-to-pay and order-to-cash workflows across the holding companies.
