TechExcel Legacy TechExcel ProjectOne Application Lifecycle Management ITSM n/a 2015 2016 In 2015, GREE United Arab Emirates implemented TechExcel ProjectOne as its Application Lifecycle Management platform to unify requirements, development, testing and knowledge management. The deployment targeted Gree's software R&D center and was focused on supporting product R&D activities in China. The implementation established a centralized ALM instance to consolidate artifact management and lifecycle traceability across engineering and QA workflows. The rollout used TechExcel DevSuite/ProjectOne test and requirements modules, configured to capture and version requirements, author test cases, and track test execution and results. TechExcel ProjectOne was used to link requirements to test cases and defects, and to maintain knowledge artifacts for design and verification, enabling end to end traceability from requirement through testing. Functional workflows included requirements authoring and approval, test case management and execution logging, and defect linkage to requirements and tests. Operational coverage included the software R&D organization, QA teams, and product engineering stakeholders participating in China based R&D. Governance adjustments emphasized consolidated artifact ownership and enforced requirement to test linkage within ProjectOne, aligning verification workflows with development cycles. The implementation improved traceability and test coverage as stated in vendor documentation.
