In 2017, Green Factory implemented Comarch Optima as its core ERP Financial application for its Distribution operations. The deployment at Green Factory Sp. z o.o. in Zdunowo was administered by an on-site application administrator role beginning August 2017, with Comarch Optima operating alongside Comarch ERP XL and Comarch DMS components to support back-office financial and document management workflows.
The implementation emphasized functional modules for accounting, human resources and payroll, document management, and electronic data interchange orchestration. Comarch Optima configuration included maintenance and scheduled updates, user training, creation of administrator and user documentation, and identification and modeling of document workflow paths to reduce software and human error, Comarch Optima serving as the transactional and ledgers layer within the ERP Financial stack.
Integrations and operational coverage included supervised onboarding of EDI relations with an external EDI operator, configuration and testing of critical message exchange components, and integration with electronic signature services and components of the mf.gov.pl platform to digitize contract signing and signing workflows within accounting and HR payroll processes. The program coordinated development and service work with a Comarch Partner, and maintained relationships with solution producers Brainshare and Certum for signature and ancillary services.
Governance and process work centered on requirements collection, validation, testing of delivered solutions, and creation of corrective procedures and service processes. The role also covered license procurement and optimization, warranty extension negotiations, and ongoing user support and training, establishing operational ownership for workflow modernization and incremental solution development tied to the Comarch Optima ERP Financial deployment.
