The Instructional Designer developed comprehensive learning assets for ExFlow NAV including eLearning modules, animated videos, storyboards, process diagrams, quick reference guides, cheat sheets and train‑the‑trainer materials, applying adult learning principles and hands‑on activities to replicate invoice processing and approval automation. Evaluation methods and iterative reviews of content were used to finalize training prior to go‑live. The project included mapping integration flows and creating process diagrams to depict data movement through integration systems, explicitly documenting interaction points with the ERP system Finance Module Microsoft Dynamics 365 and other SaaS products referenced by the business such as Chargify, comestri and RxWorks. Documentation emphasized how ExFlow NAV exchanges invoice transactions and approval status with the accounting ledger and how exceptions route to business users and process owners. These integration artifacts supported Business Analysts during training delivery and provided reference material for post go‑live navigation support. Governance and rollout coordination was managed in collaboration with the Change Manager and process owners, informed by a detailed training needs analysis and reviews of as‑is and to‑be workflows. The instructional program included assessment instruments to validate user readiness and reduce errors in live processing, and the training resources were used in post go‑live support to address process and navigation queries. Training impact notes indicate the learning materials helped teams practice new systems before go‑live and helped reduce turnaround time for customer queries.

Day to day collections officer responsibilities included allocating unmatched payments, assisting with monthly financial and management reports, and following WHS induction and continuous learning requirements, embedding EzyVet as the operational Medical Practice Management application for patient billing and collections.
