In 2017, Greentube deployed Cloudera Enterprise Platform as a Data Warehouse on Microsoft Azure to centralize player and session data across its leisure and hospitality gaming portfolio. The deployment focused on real time behavioral analysis to support personalization, targeted campaigns, and anomaly detection.
Greentube configured Cloudera Enterprise Platform to ingest streaming telemetry and batch event data, consolidate it into a unified analytics repository, and expose SQL and machine learning workloads for recommendation and campaign engines. Capabilities implemented included real time analytics, behavioral profiling, and model training pipelines to support personalized gaming experiences and recommendation workflows. These configurations leveraged Data Warehouse functionality for data ingestion, storage optimization, and analytics orchestration.
The architecture was provisioned on Microsoft Azure and integrated behavioral streams from game servers, player session logs, and campaign systems to feed continuous analytics. Operational coverage included marketing and product teams that consume personalization outputs, and fraud and security teams that use anomaly detection signals for investigation and mitigation. Data analytics and operations teams maintained the pipelines that route insights into campaign systems and monitoring dashboards.
Greentube implemented governance and access controls alongside operational workflows to translate analytic signals into campaign executions and fraud alerts. Workflow restructuring emphasized automated model scoring, real time alerting, and clear handoffs from analytics to marketing and fraud operations.
The Cloudera Enterprise Platform deployment enabled more targeted campaigns, automated recommendations, and personalized gaming experiences, and it was used to surface behavioral patterns and anomalies that may signal fraud. Given the high risk profile of cash gambling platforms, the platform provides a consolidated analytic layer to support both customer engagement and security monitoring.
