In 2012, Greif implemented Cornerstone Saba Lumesse Recruit ATS as its Applicant Tracking System. The deployment targeted Greif's Talent Acquisition and HR functions and included the implementation of the TalentLink Talent Management and Talent Acquisition Solution to interface with Greif's PeopleSoft HRMS.
Implementation work concentrated on core Applicant Tracking System capabilities, including requisition management, candidate tracking, interview scheduling and offer management. Cornerstone Saba Lumesse Recruit ATS was configured to support recruiter and hiring manager workflows, candidate self-service portals, and structured requisition approval controls to align with established hiring processes.
Integration architecture emphasized a systems interface with PeopleSoft HRMS, establishing data mapping and feeds to propagate candidate status and new hire records from the Applicant Tracking System into PeopleSoft HRMS. The integration scope included identity and hire record synchronization to enable continuity between recruitment workflows and HR recordkeeping.
Operational governance placed accountability with HR and talent acquisition teams for requisition lifecycle ownership, access rights, and workflow approvals, and the project was led by an internal implementation lead. The program followed discrete configuration, testing and integration phases to operationalize the Cornerstone Saba Lumesse Recruit ATS within Greif's HR technology stack.
