In 2020, Groggs Home Services implemented FieldEdge, a Field Service Management application. The deployment targeted operations and finance in the United States and explicitly leveraged a QuickBooks integration to improve invoicing and office-to-field coordination.
The FieldEdge implementation configured core Field Service Management capabilities including scheduling and dispatch, mobile technician work order management, customer records and billing workflows, and invoicing automation.
