Operational scope focused on facilities and operations teams managing custodial contracts in the U.S., with the deployment used to align field inspection activity to contract requirements and client reporting. Governance and process work centered on standardized inspection cadence, centralized work-order messaging between field staff and account managers, and transparent reporting to customers, improving contract compliance and customer transparency as stated in the case study.
