Reporting and operational monitoring were implemented through SQL queries and Qualiac Query development, with maintenance of publishing models via Qualiac Editions, and governance was enforced through a profession-based user club and formal acceptance testing for changes. Operational coverage emphasized procurement and invoice processing workflows at the Bayard Press site, while documented evolution management processes and club-based user governance supported ongoing configuration control and procedural adoption.
