| SAP | SAP ERP ECC 6.0 | SAP S/4HANA Cloud | ERP Financial | ERP | n/a | 2024 | 2025 |
In 2024, Maïsadour implemented SAP S/4HANA Cloud under a RISE with SAP partnership as the Group’s ERP Financial platform, migrating from SAP ERP ECC 6.0 to a cloud-first architecture. This move is framed as a strategic modernization to centralize core transactional and financial processes across the Group’s activities.
The SAP S/4HANA Cloud implementation consolidated modules and capabilities that Maïsadour had historically run on SAP solutions, explicitly including finance, payroll, inventory and expense management, and customer relationship management. Configuration work emphasized unified financial data models and streamlined finance workflows to enable strategic exploitation of transactional and master data across business lines, consistent with typical ERP Financial functional patterns.
Deployment was executed via the RISE with SAP offering, aligning cloud delivery and the SAP S/4HANA Cloud application with Maïsadour’s existing SAP ecosystem that has been active in France and internationally. Operational coverage spans the Group’s core sectors, including seeds, agriculture, poultry and gastronomy, with the new environment positioned to consolidate cross‑domain data and reporting for those business units.
Governance and rollout were driven by Maïsadour General Management and the Information Systems organization, with extensive employee collaboration and leadership from the Information Systems Manager, Grégory Gonzalez. The program was presented at USF 2024 and Maïsadour is reported as the first French customer to adopt SAP’s RISE pathway to S/4HANA, signaling centralized IT decision making and a shift toward cloud operational governance.
Maïsadour states that the SAP S/4HANA Cloud deployment supports greater agility, speed and resilience and reinforces the Group’s commitment to sustainability and innovation in the agricultural and agri‑food sectors.

In 2020 Maisadour deployed InVivo Aladin.farm as an eCommerce and procurement channel for its cooperative members in Southwest France. The deployment began in April 2020 and positioned InVivo Aladin.farm to capture a large share of Maisadour's approvisioning revenue across member ordering workflows.
InVivo Aladin.farm was configured to support online sales, click & collect fulfillment, and stock visibility, providing a combined storefront and procurement portal for cooperative stores and members. Functional configuration emphasized order capture and procurement workflows, inventory visibility for store replenishment, and pickup orchestration to align retail replenishment with cooperative procurement processes.
The platform was integrated with Maisadour's ERP so orders flow automatically into back office fulfillment and accounting systems, according to Maisadour reporting. Operational coverage targeted cooperative procurement and store level fulfillment in Southwest France, and governance required cross functional coordination between sales, logistics and IT to manage inventory visibility and automated order processing.

| SAP | Legacy | SAP IBP for Sales & Operations planning (S&OP) | S&OP | SCM | n/a | 2023 | 2023 |
In 2023 Maisadour deployed SAP IBP for Sales & Operations planning (S&OP) as a core component of its AMBiTiON 2030 modernization agenda. The SAP IBP for Sales & Operations planning (S&OP) implementation was positioned alongside the group’s broader SAP business transformation, which includes adoption of SAP S/4HANA Cloud under RISE with SAP, to unify planning and execution on a cloud platform.
The S&OP implementation emphasized integrated demand and supply planning workflows, with configuration to support statistical forecasting, scenario planning, and consensus S&OP processes that align sales forecasts to production and inventory. Configuration work focused on standard IBP planning areas to enable order-based supply planning and what-if scenario modeling, with planning outputs prepared for downstream financial and production scheduling processes.
Integrations were implemented to tie IBP to the wider SAP landscape, using SAP S/4HANA Cloud for master data, inventory and production execution, while existing SAP applications such as SAP Concur and SAP Cloud for Customer provide complementary expense and CRM signals into demand processes. Operational coverage spans Maisadour’s finance, production, inventory, sales and planning teams across its French and international operations, enabling cross-functional data flows into the S&OP cycle.
Governance and rollout were aligned to the AMBiTiON 2030 roadmap, establishing centralized planning governance and cross-functional S&OP coordination to be phased alongside the group’s ERP migration planned for completion in 2025. Maisadour has stated that the integrated SAP IBP for Sales & Operations planning (S&OP) and S/4HANA Cloud environment is expected to streamline workflows, improve responsiveness to market changes, and support the cooperative’s long term operational resilience.
