Tungsten Automation Legacy Kofax ReadSoft Online AP Automation ERP n/a 2019 2019
In 2019, Groupe Limagrain implemented Kofax ReadSoft Online for AP Automation. The deployment targeted accounts payable dematerialization within the Limagrain Coop business unit, with primary operational coverage in the Accounts Payable Department based in St Beauzire and supporting several legal entities within that branch. The rollout was scoped to automate the end to end supplier invoice lifecycle, reflecting responsibilities described in internal finance roles from digitization through to payment processing. Kofax ReadSoft Online was configured to deliver document capture and OCR, automated invoice classification, PO matching and approval workflow orchestration, exception routing, and digitized handling of expense reports. Configuration and automation prioritized supplier invoice reconciliation, purchase order matching, dispute and reminder processing, auxiliary account review, and support for monthly closing activities as defined by finance process requirements. The implementation included integrations with the group ERP QUALIAC and with Notilus as referenced in internal job requirements, enabling exchange of supplier master data, invoice records and expense information between Kofax ReadSoft Online and transactional systems. Operational ownership remained within finance, with Accounting Assistants and AP teams operating the dematerialization tool to process supplier invoices and manage exceptions on site in St Beauzire. Governance changes accompanied the technical deployment to formalize AP workflow ownership, centralize dematerialization handling, and structure exception management and review procedures tied to month end closings. Role definitions and training expectations in job postings indicate that the implementation required AP staff to adopt new operational procedures for invoice processing and reconciliations within the AP Automation platform.

Microsoft Legacy Microsoft Dynamics CRM CRM CRM n/a 2018 2018
In 2018, Groupe Limagrain implemented Microsoft Dynamics CRM as its CRM for the Limagrain Ingredients business unit, initiating deployment and support activities at the Riom, Auvergne site following a corporate acquisition. The Microsoft Dynamics CRM rollout was positioned to standardize customer creation, sales follow up, and provide a central operational record for commercial and transactional processes across the BU. The implementation of Microsoft Dynamics CRM and Dynamics 365 features encompassed sales management capabilities, a CAPEX validation workflow and follow up, plus items master data management processes and workflow implementation through Intraqual. Configuration work focused on record alignment for customers and items, process-driven validation steps, and embedding workflow automation into sales and CAPEX approval paths. Integrations were a central element, with explicit bidirectional data flows between the ERP landscape and Microsoft Dynamics CRM to support sales forecasts sourced from ERPs and to synchronize master data. The implementation fed business intelligence applications, including Cognos for unified BU reporting and Microstrategy for budget owner follow up, and operated alongside an ERP major upgrade to the latest Divalto version under finance, accounting and controlling domain supervision. Governance and process change included customer creation process review and alignment, establishment of master data governance for items, and supervised rollout and ongoing support managed by IT project management and business process analysis roles. Ongoing support and follow up activities were recorded from December 2018 onward, reflecting sustained operational ownership of the CRM, related workflows, and integration touchpoints.
