Configuration and automation prioritized supplier invoice reconciliation, purchase order matching, dispute and reminder processing, auxiliary account review, and support for monthly closing activities as defined by finance process requirements.
The implementation included integrations with the group ERP QUALIAC and with Notilus as referenced in internal job requirements, enabling exchange of supplier master data, invoice records and expense information between Kofax ReadSoft Online and transactional systems. Operational ownership remained within finance, with Accounting Assistants and AP teams operating the dematerialization tool to process supplier invoices and manage exceptions on site in St Beauzire.
Governance changes accompanied the technical deployment to formalize AP workflow ownership, centralize dematerialization handling, and structure exception management and review procedures tied to month end closings.
