The SAP ERP ECC 6.0 implementation encompassed standard and custom finance solutions across Asset Accounting AA, Accounts Payable AP, Accounts Receivable AR, Treasury TR, and General Ledger GL, and included configuration to satisfy legal requirements. Delivery workstreams covered configuration, custom development for localized accounting rules, and testing across month end and closing cycles.
Interfaces were implemented to exchange financial master data and transactional flows with other SAP and non-SAP systems, following SAP integration patterns and interface governance to maintain data consistency and reconcile ledgers. Operational coverage included corporate finance, plant and site accounting, treasury operations, accounts payable and receivable teams, and statutory reporting functions.
Governance established change control over finance configuration, transport management, and custom code promotion, with designated process owners for chart of accounts, closing procedures, and statutory deliverables. The program positioned SAP ERP ECC 6.0 as the ERP Financial backbone while coordinating cross functional process standardization between finance, treasury, and reporting teams.

CDK Global Benelux, a partner with more than 25 years of engagement with PSA, began piloting Autoline Drive with the first Benelux dealers in 2016, and the SaaS licensing model was positioned to help retailers manage costs while keeping the platform current. The introduction of Autoline Drive for PSA was stated to have no impact on the continued support of the current dealer management systems EVA or Autoline.
Governance of the rollout was aligned to the ic@n program objectives to deliver greater efficiency and consistency across the PSA retail network, with stated benefits including improved productivity and enhanced operational visibility for dealers. Autoline Drive DMS positions PSA Benelux retailers to receive regular functional enhancements as market requirements evolve.
