| TOTVS | Legacy | TOTVS HR | Core HR | HCM | n/a | 2018 | 2018 | In 2018, Grupo Moura implemented TOTVS HR to centralize Core HR processes for personnel management across its manufacturing units and battery rooms in the states of Minas Gerais and Bahia. The deployment focused on operational HR coverage for recruitment, admissions, terminations, time and attendance, benefits administration and performance management across on-site HR teams serving production and administrative functions. TOTVS HR was configured to support end-to-end personnel workflows, including candidate assessment and recruitment orchestration, collection and verification of admission documentation, registration in the HR system and submission to eSocial, termination and approval workflows, vacation scheduling, electronic point reconciliation and benefits administration. The implementation also encompassed learning and development workflows, internal training management and the management and monitoring of performance evaluations and organizational climate activities aligned to GPTW criteria. The implementation integrated with existing talent acquisition and HR systems named in the environment, specifically Gupy and Kenoby for sourcing and selection, HCM - TOTVS and Senior System for adjacent HR and payroll functions, and the eSocial reporting stream for Brazilian statutory compliance. Operational scope emphasized personnel management areas at unit level, with HR teams responsible for administering DISC tests, scheduling medical exams and maintaining company and OHS documentation. Governance was structured around mapped HR indicators and DHO routines, with the HR team accountable for monitoring metrics, executing strategic actions to address turnover and disseminating corporate culture locally. Process controls formalized admission to termination workflows, electronic time verification procedures and the scheduling and control of periodic exams and internal events, with TOTVS HR serving as the central record and workflow engine for Core HR operations. |
