Configuration work emphasized a harmonized chart of accounts, period-end close orchestration, and standardized revenue and receivables workflows consistent with ERP Financial best practices.
The implementation used an on-premise architecture consistent with SAP ERP ECC 6.0 deployments of the period, designed to centralize financial master data and support property-level accounting across Mexico. Operational scope covered corporate finance and hotel property accounting workflows, with the system serving as the authoritative record for statutory and management reporting.
