The project was deployed by Softeam and targeted contabilità, electronic invoicing, procurement, warehouse management and production traceability across Gruppo Gimoka in Italy. Softeam Helios ERP and MES modules were configured to provide accounting and finance capabilities including integrated active and passive cycle, electronic invoicing, inventory management and quality controls tailored to food and torrefaction operations. The implementation combined ERP Financial modules with MES functionality to connect shop floor traceability with inventory and procurement workflows. Operational coverage included finance, procurement, warehouse, production and quality teams, with the system instrumented to maintain end to end product traceability across roasting and packaging lines. Data flows were unified between ERP financial ledgers and MES production records to support stock reconciliation, lot traceability and quality inspection traceability. Governance changes concentrated on centralizing contabilità processes and electronic invoicing controls under Softeam Helios, with process standardization between commercial and manufacturing functions. The project delivered improved end to end visibility and product traceability as described in the case history. |
