The deployment used iconectiv’s cloud based SaaS model to support continuous updates to numbering information and to provide operators and network teams with near real time routing visibility. Governance and process changes focused on standardizing numbering governance and centralizing numbering intelligence to improve portability handling and interconnect reconciliation. The stated outcomes included prevention of revenue share fraud, mitigation of interconnection related revenue leakage and improved visibility into call routing data.
