In 2011, GTV Indonesia implemented Oracle E-Business Suite to support ERP Financial functions across its finance and operations teams. The engagement documented active technical and functional Oracle resources that implemented and developed Oracle Application change request management as needed, positioning Oracle E-Business Suite R11 as the core financial application.
The implementation included sustained customization and configuration work for Oracle Application R11, with development of custom reports and Oracle forms, application personalization, and R11 cloning processes. Technical and functional activity focused on creating Oracle-based forms and reports to support departmental needs and on standard ERP Financial workflows such as transaction processing and financial reporting support.
Operational infrastructure responsibilities included maintenance, backup and recovery of the Oracle database, and hardware maintenance for Sun Sparc Enterprise M4000 and T5220 servers and a Sun Fire X4150 server. Oracle E-Business Suite R11 was operated and supported on that Sun server estate, with cloning and database recovery routines forming part of the operational cadence.
Governance and process work centered on change request management, ongoing Oracle Application R11 support, and the stewardship of personalization and cloning procedures. Technical and functional staff jointly managed change requests and support tickets, while regular maintenance tasks were institutionalized to preserve system availability and data integrity.
The scope of work covered development of custom Oracle applications, reports, and forms to meet departmental requirements, together with continuous application and database maintenance.
