MicroStrategy ONE Analytics ingested departmental reports and provided outputs consumed by Field personnel, Production Council Meetings and Area Insight Meetings, supporting sales planning and dealer communications across Gulf States Toyota, Inc operations in the United States. Governance centered on a single ownership model for the Dealer Inventory Health Report Card and a monthly communication rhythm with Field representatives to capture marketplace conditions and dealer inventory management feedback. The rollout emphasized role based usage and upskilling through MicroStrategy certification, Microsoft Excel certification, DPMS training and ride alongs, aligning analytics workflows to existing reporting tools and dealer engagement processes.
