The implementation impacted finance, HR, travel and facilities business functions and orchestrated cross-functional workflows between finance, expense reporting and HR onboarding processes. Rollout was UK focused and coordinated across Mercer, Marsh and Guy Carpenter business units, aligning application configuration with office relocation and workspace redesign requirements. Program governance was coordinated at executive level, working with the Chief Executive for Mercer to sequence deployments and to project manage all 18 UK office moves, redesign and reconfigurations. The delivery combined application configuration, workplace change and operational process alignment to embed Oracle E-Business Suite into corporate finance and expense operations.
