The Ceridian Dayforce Leave Management implementation included configuration of leave policy rules, automated approval routing, absence tracking records, and integration with in-system payroll and benefits calculations. Dayforce Leave Management was used to capture case notes, manage intermittent and continuous leave, and provide HR practitioners with a single record of employee absence events, consistent with standard absence and leave management functionality. Operational ownership rested with Hajocas HR Support team, which administered the leave of absence program and maintained system configurations alongside payroll, benefits, retirement, and recruiting support functions. The rollout supported employee self-service adoption and HR case intake workflows, enabling HR specialists to respond to teammate inquiries and process leave requests through Ceridian Dayforce Leave Management. Governance for the implementation emphasized regulatory compliance and training, HR authored and delivered training programs for new hires and existing employees, and HR acted as the liaison with external legal and professional resources to ensure leave processes met current employment law requirements. Ongoing support responsibilities included maintaining Dayforce configurations, coaching users on self-service functionality, and coordinating FMLA and Non-FMLA leave administration across Hajocas HR operations.
