The rollout completed its core cutover within three months and generated significant activity within days of the full launch.
Hamilton City Council reported explicit outcomes tied to the Civica Authority implementation, including more than 100 staff hours saved per month, a 30 percent drop in overdue payments, and 94 percent resident satisfaction. The council also avoided over 5,500 payment dishonours annually and supported roughly 100 new payment plans created by customers each day according to Financial Support Services Manager Matthew Bell.
