Operational responsibilities included liaison between field supervisors, employees and external agencies to resolve payroll questions, and processing all payroll adjustments, special payments and off cycle payrolls through the integrated UKG Workforce Central Timekeeper to JD Edwards flow.
Governance centered on strict payroll testing, controlled setup of new accruals and deduction rules, and documented procedures for Record of Employments processing for Canada. Routine operational controls supported timely and accurate processing of the various payroll cadences and maintained auditability for employee pay and separation events.
