In 2024 HAUS Collective implemented Odoo Skills Management on Odoo.sh to unify retail, inventory, sales and HR workflows as part of a broader Skills Intelligence adoption across its Australian operations. The deployment consolidated apps including Sales, Inventory, Employees and Skills Management to support multi-warehouse distribution and retail storefront coordination.
The implementation configured core modules across sales order orchestration, multi-warehouse inventory rules, employee records and skills profiles to enable competency tracking and assignment workflows. Odoo Skills Management was used to create role-aligned skill matrices, assessment checkpoints and training task assignment, aligning HR capabilities with inventory and sales execution processes.
The solution was deployed on Odoo.sh, providing a cloud-hosted application stack that unified transactional systems and employee data, supporting operations across multiple warehouses and retail sites in Australia. Integration points focused on shared master data between Sales, Inventory and Employees modules to maintain consistent stock, order and workforce information.
Governance and rollout followed a 6 week timeline published June 2, 2024, with centralized configuration of employee records, skills governance and operational workflows to reduce paper-based processes. The published implementation report notes about a 40% boost in team efficiency and an approximately 20% reduction in paper usage after the go live.
