Governance included assignment of a primary evaluator and a backup evaluator per candidate batch, and division of screening tasks so reviews could be completed asynchronously. The Talview Video Interview implementation processed more than 1,200 candidates in six months and reduced panel time by an explicit 200 hours, improving scheduling flexibility and allowing the recruitment organization to reallocate time previously spent coordinating screening calls. HCL reported improved conversion outcomes and greater ability to distribute screening work across the team using asynchronous video workflows.
