Pharmacy fill data from the pharmacy claims processor is uploaded into CareRadius and is reviewed by case management, pharmacy, medical directors, and utilization management staff to support medication education and comprehensive medication reviews for high risk or polypharmacy members. The combined architecture emphasizes real time utilization alerts, consolidated member summaries, and structured risk stratification workflows to align care management and population health activities.
