The implementation managed interfaces with people click, Kronos, PICIS, sum total and performance Impact, ensuring connectivity between benefits administration and workforce, scheduling, talent and supply chain applications. This scope placed the work squarely across HR and payroll business functions and into enterprise application integration boundaries. Governance relied on formal PMO processes to sequence upgrades, produce hardware requirement documentation and coordinate multi-team rollouts. The project team participated in and successfully implemented SOX and HIPAA compliance controls as part of the application and infrastructure changes. Emphasis on interface management and coordinated upgrade sequencing supported ongoing application lifecycle support for Infor Lawson Benefits Administration.
