In 2015, Hebrew SeniorLife implemented Epicor HCM to support Core HR operations. The deployment focused on using Epicor HCM for new hire entry and centralized employee record management within the HR organization. Hebrew SeniorLife configured Epicor HCM to standardize onboarding data capture and to establish a single employee master for HR administrative workflows. The implementation emphasized structured new hire entry workflows, data validation at point of entry, and role based access controls for HR users.
Epicor HCM was configured with employee master data schemas, onboarding workflow automation, approval routing, and audit trail capabilities consistent with Core HR functional expectations. Operational scope centered on HR and recruiting functions, with the HRIS becoming the authoritative source for new hire entry and ongoing personnel record maintenance. Governance placed HR team ownership over data entry and lifecycle changes, and introduced process controls for approvals and compliance reporting. The Epicor HCM application provided the central system for new hire entry into Epicor HCM and day to day Core HR administration.
