| Microsoft | Microsoft Dynamics NAV | Microsoft Dynamics 365 Business Central | ERP Financial | ERP | n/a | 2022 | 2022 |
In 2022, HEINEKEN Vietnam migrated from Microsoft Dynamics NAV to Microsoft Dynamics 365 Business Central as its ERP Financial platform as part of a DIS to Cloud initiative. The project targeted a nationwide Distributor Information System with approximately 400 distributor users and adopted a cloud native, serverless deployment model to host the new ERP Financial environment.
The implementation of Microsoft Dynamics 365 Business Central focused on core ERP Financial capabilities consistent with the category, including central ledger and financial management, accounts payable and receivable, inventory control and order-to-cash workflows, and distributor invoicing configuration. Configuration emphasized SME-oriented Business Central modules and extensions to support distributor transaction processing and localized financial compliance.
Operational coverage included the distributor network across Vietnam and internal teams responsible for finance, distribution operations, sales order management and IT, with the Distributor Information System integrated into the Business Central instance to surface distributor transactions to the central finance engine. The migration from Microsoft Dynamics NAV was performed to unify distributor-facing order capture with centralized financial posting in Business Central.
Governance and program structure incorporated co-leadership from HEINEKEN Vietnam Digital and Technology resources, including a Digital and Technology Management Trainee who co-led the DIS to Cloud effort, and required changes to data models, distributor user provisioning and centralized financial workflows to support the cloud ERP Financial model.

| Pulsifi | Legacy | Pulsifi Psychometric Assessments | Talent Assessment | HCM | n/a | 2018 | 2018 |
In 2018 Heineken Vietnam deployed Pulsifi Psychometric Assessments as a Talent Assessment solution to support recruitment for its Supply Chain NextGen graduate program in Vietnam, evaluating more than 359 applications for early-career supply chain roles. The engagement focused on using predictive analytics and structured video interviews to improve candidate selection for the Supply Chain function, with HR and hiring managers operating as the primary business users and assessment centers used for final-stage interviews.
Pulsifi Psychometric Assessments was configured to combine multiple assessment modules, including hard skills screening for education and qualifications, soft traits and work culture profiling, cognitive ability tests covering verbal numerical and logical reasoning, and recorded video interview assessments for communication skills. The platform produced role-specific success profiles through benchmarking of past program data, and automated Fit Score models that cross-referenced hard criteria, personality and cognitive outcomes, and video interview ratings to rank candidate relevance by role.
Operationally candidates were invited to create accounts on Pulsifi and complete the full assessment battery, with results surfaced to recruiters and hiring managers to drive invitation and shortlist decisions. The implementation centralized candidate data for the program, standardized screening workflows via automated Fit Score thresholds, and routed shortlisted candidates to Heineken Vietnam Assessment Centers for final evaluation, maintaining a clear handoff between online screening and in-person assessment lanes.
Governance and rollout emphasized automated, role-specific Fit Score screening and recruiter-driven invitations based on hard criteria and Fit Score rankings. Outcomes reported from the deployment included a two day turnaround to compile final shortlists, final interviews concluding in three days instead of five representing 40 percent less time spent in final interviews, 12 hires made into the program, over 90 percent of candidates assigned the highest Fit Scores progressing to the shortlist, and an average candidate experience score of 4.15 out of 5. Offers were extended more quickly following the streamlined process, reducing the chance of attrition to competing organizations.
