Functional workstreams included specification development, module configuration, user acceptance testing, and the creation of training materials and user documentation to support daily operations. The HR landscape included coexistence and operational interaction with ASES from ATOSS for duty planning and roster management, and the implementation emphasized operational interfaces with human resources departments, duty planners, department heads and works councils in the Eastern Region. Support processes encompassed error analysis and troubleshooting for clinic users, and a staffed support model providing regional on-site assistance and remote support during business operations. Governance was organized through central project groups that managed rollouts from requirements through deployment, staffed roles such as HR system and process coordinator for ongoing administration, and structured user training and change management activities. Rollout responsibilities included specification preparation, staged program component rollouts, user training sessions, and coordinated cooperation with central services of the Helios Group. Operational coverage centered on HR, scheduling and operational support functions within the clinics of the Helios Region East, with responsibility for training, ongoing operational support and escalation for system errors. The implementation positioned P&I LogaHR as the Core HR application supporting personnel administration and roster workflows while embedding governance and regional support structures to sustain day to day operations. | |
