Rollout responsibilities included specification preparation, staged program component rollouts, user training sessions, and coordinated cooperation with central services of the Helios Group. Operational coverage centered on HR, scheduling and operational support functions within the clinics of the Helios Region East, with responsibility for training, ongoing operational support and escalation for system errors. The implementation positioned P&I LogaHR as the Core HR application supporting personnel administration and roster workflows while embedding governance and regional support structures to sustain day to day operations.
