Configuration work included workflow automation for invoice approvals and exceptions, role based access and control configurations to support SOX and audit requirements, and the application of an Oracle regression test automation practice with an inventory of 250 scripts to accelerate release validation and reduce test cycle time and costs.
Architecture and operational integration traced to prior on-prem Oracle E-Business Suite investments, with explicit migration activity that consolidated three Oracle EBS instances into a single global instance running on Oracle IaaS Cloud and moved on-prem Oracle EBS R12.1.3 and HFM 11.1.2.4 instances to Oracle IaaS Cloud. The Oracle Cloud ERP Accounts Payable implementation was planned in the context of a broader roadmap toward Oracle Fusion ERP and EPM SaaS, and operated alongside planned global deployments of Infor and Oracle Fleet Management and Order to Cash solutions.
Governance and runbook responsibilities were centralized under a finance applications leadership structure that managed a team of 12 direct report functional business analysts and system administrators, supported by an extended vendor contractor network for development and infrastructure.
