Hibernian reported a reduction in time spent screening applicants by around 75 percent and noted improvements in onboarding and internal communications via the People First mobile first platform, improving accessibility for players and operational staff. These outcomes were delivered within the scope of HR, recruitment and training functions using MHR People First Employee Experience.
