Operational coverage explicitly targeted production and logistics departments, consolidating planning activities for sites in the Polish footprint and linking plant execution to centralized planning functions. Governance and rollout emphasized process standardization for production, reception, disassembly, packing/labeling and inventory handoffs, with automation of routine production steps noted in the msg customer story. The project delivered faster, more accurate production processes and automation according to the msg customer story, aligning HKScan application configuration with Demand Forecasting and Planning practices in the SAP ecosystem. |
