Brightwave Legacy Tessello Learning and Development HCM n/a 2019 2019
In 2019, HM Revenue and Customs (HMRC) engaged Brightwave to deploy Tessello as part of its no deal Brexit readiness programme. Tessello, a Learning and Development application, was provisioned as branded instances to deliver customs and declarations training for operations and compliance across the United Kingdom. The engagement delivered a blended learning curriculum combining 11 responsive e-learning modules with virtual classroom sessions and scheduled weekly reporting to HMRC. Course content focused on customs procedures and declarations workflows, with responsive design to support learner access from multiple devices and expedite dissemination of new process guidance. Brightwave configured the Tessello instances and coordinated the blended delivery model while weekly reporting provided HMRC visibility into learner uptake and content updates. The programme broadened training reach for HMRC operations and compliance teams and drove faster learner access to updated process guidance.
