In 2013 Hoboken Golf implemented Linnworks Total Commerce for Retail Management. The deployment centralized inventory management, order processing, and marketplace listing workflows across the Hoboken, NJ indoor facility that operated six GC2 Foresight LM simulator bays, a full-service club repair shop, and a retail shop selling accessories on Amazon.
Linnworks Total Commerce was used to manage a product catalog of 17,000 unique SKUs, synchronize listings to Amazon, and drive EPOS driven store transactions and member billing. Operational ownership rested with the Assistant Golf Professional and Store Manager, who trained staff on online booking, simulator operation, order and shipping logistics, purchase order reconciliation, special ordering, receiving, merchandising and pricing, while maintaining the import file used to update Amazon for a retail operation reporting roughly $600,000 in annual shop revenue.
