Operational ownership sat with site leadership accountable for P&L, leasing, rent increases, resident services, maintenance and HR compliance, which integrated pricing decisioning into lease execution and occupancy monitoring. During the leadership period beginning in 2017, site-level metrics included an increase in occupancy from 88% to 99%, a reduction in turnover from 118% to 50% and year over year growth of 4 percent, reported alongside the operational use of RealPage YieldStar.
