Operational coverage was focused on the United States product and operations organizations, with the platform providing a single orchestration layer for cross-team interaction and launch sequencing. The U.S. product and operations deployment delivered faster time-to-market, more scalable operations, greater control and improved real-time visibility of product status. Governance was centralized through the RunMyProcess DigitalSuite workflow engine, enabling standardized decision points, operational dashboards and consistent launch oversight.
