Operational scope covered retail auto finance, credit operations and underwriting teams in Germany, with the solution functioning as the primary document intake and pre processing layer feeding credit decision activities. Governance updates included standardized document handling procedures, exception management workflows and SLA driven review processes to accelerate throughput.
