Operationally the deployment was embedded inside Hospitable's Intercom workspace and routed messages through existing support inboxes, concentrating impact on the customer support and operations functions. The scope of the deployment covered Hospitable's United States support footprint and handled real time inbound messaging across the platform, preserving human oversight for escalations and exceptions. Governance and process changes included defining escalation rules and human agent handoff protocols so that the support team retained control over complex cases while the AI agent handled routine traffic. The implementation allowed Hospitable's support organization to scale without a major headcount increase, with outcomes explicitly reported as backlog elimination, a 30 percent autonomous resolution rate, and a roughly 95 percent reduction in response times following rollout.
