SABRE Legacy Sabre SynXis Booking Engine Reservation and Booking Management ERP Services and Operations n/a 2024 2024
In 2024 Hotel Management Japan implemented Sabre SynXis Booking Engine under an agreement with Sabre Hospitality. The deployment covers the operator's 22 properties and more than 6,400 rooms across Japan and will be configured for its brands including ORIENTAL HOTELS & RESORTS to centralize booking flows and distribution orchestration. The Sabre SynXis Booking Engine is being provisioned as part of Sabre Hospitality's cloud based commerce and distribution platform, with implementation scoped to commerce orchestration, centralized inventory management and booking engine checkout capabilities consistent with Reservation and Booking Management. The rollout explicitly includes Sabre Hospitality's Channel Connect module to automate and streamline inventory distribution to global Online Travel Agency channels from a single distribution point, and establishes connectivity to primary Global Distribution Systems including Sabre's GDS. Integrations are focused on extending connectivity to travel agents and travel management companies worldwide, routing reservations through GDS channels and OTA channels via Channel Connect. Operational coverage is centered on reservations, distribution and channel management functions across Hotel Management Japan's properties in Japan. Governance and operational control are organized around a single distribution point for inventory publication and centralized channel control to coordinate booking and distribution workflows.
