Operational coordination for Oracle Cloud ERP was managed across AMG, Global IT, procurement, and suppliers, with the team coordinating AMG efforts to deliver reporting requirements arising from new products and providing Management Information inputs to the Global head and EXBO board. The implementation emphasized stakeholder engagement with continuous playback of analysis output, planned workshops with subject matter experts, and user acceptance preparation, execution, and support to ensure operational readiness. Governance was formalized through regular status updates, monthly project packs for steering level meetings, and a governance process to collate MI for leadership review. The program tracked and documented technical issues within Oracle Fusion and ensured those issues were resolved as part of ERP use, while managing multiple parallel projects and maintaining project plans and evidence for audit requirements.
