Operational scope covered finance, controlling, and IT groups at HYDRO Systems, with governance changes focused on formalizing credit approval workflows and embedding credit checks into accounting and controlling postings. Ongoing operational support and enhancement work is documented by a junior SAP consultant who between March 2020 and February 2021 supported financial accounting and controlling, delivered SAP extensions, and implemented performance KPI determination tied to the ticketing system.
